1. Authorization & Ownership

Customers must verify legal ownership or authorized custody of vehicles, residential properties, or commercial buildings before entry or key duplication is performed in accordance with Florida law.

2. Flat-Rate Pricing & Warranty

All prices quoted over the phone represent transparent flat rates covering travel and labor. Key cutting, smart fobs, and hardware carry a 90-day to 1-year written warranty.
