By requesting locksmith dispatch from Sarasota 24/7 Locksmith, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorization & Ownership Verification
In compliance with Florida statutes, customers must verify legal ownership, lease authorization, or authorized custody of vehicles, residential properties, or commercial buildings before entry or key duplication is performed.
2. Flat-Rate Pricing & Cancellation
All prices quoted over the phone represent transparent flat rates covering travel and labor. Key cutting, smart fobs, and hardware carry a 1-year written warranty. Cancellation requests must be made prior to mobile technician arrival.
3. Licensing & Liability
Services are operated under Florida LLC #L25000496681. We maintain commercial general liability insurance protecting all customer vehicles and properties during lock manipulation.
